Производственное объединение «Сиббиофарм» осуществляет комплексное внедрение технологий мирового уровня по производству линейки биологических препаратов, соответствующих требованиям современного рынка и обеспечивающих разработку российских биотехнологических продуктов.
В результате реализации проекта:
- созданы супер-продуценты ферментов, позволяющие получать высокие показатели активности в готовых формах;
- укомплектована производственная линия;
- разработана и внедрена современная технология производства;
- проведены испытания эффективности и токсикологические исследования препаратов серии Берзайм;
- получены свидетельства о регистрации препаратов Берзайм Р, Берзайм GL и Берзайм X.
Development and preparation for production of a range of hydrolytic enzyme preparations for import substitution based on recombinant producers
The Sibbiopharm Production Association carries out a comprehensive implementation of world-class technologies for the production of a line of biological preparations that meet the requirements of the modern market and ensure the development of Russian biotechnological products.
The project resulted in the following:
- super-producers of enzymes were created, allowing for high activity rates in finished forms;
- a production line was completed;
- a state-of-the-art production technology was developed and implemented;
- tests of the effectiveness and toxicological studies of the Berzaim series of preparations were conducted;
− registration certificates for the preparations Berzaim R, Berzaim GL and Berzaim X were received.
